Fostering Civic Values
Civic Vibes is a community oriented organisation in Dominica. Its objective is to foster civic engagement among the citizenry through active participation in their Democracy. We are also committed to addressing matters of public concern in the community
The Need
Volunteering in Dominica is at its lowest, hence the minimal rate of civic engagement. For Democracy to prosper, citizens especially the youth, must be fully engaged in their community.

Sir Dennis Byron's Report
Draft Legislation as Sumitted by Sir. Dennis Byron
The matter of Electoral reform for Dominica remains an ongoing issue. Sir Dennis Byron who was appointed by the Cabinet of the Government of Dominica in August of 2020 has delivered his draft Legiislations. You can listen to them in the video below.
Civic Vibes has registered its disapproval with the Commonwealth Observer Mission's Visit to monitor a "sham"election in Dominica. This letter will be sent to Organisations who monitor Democracy globally. You can read the full content of this letter by clicking the button.
On July 6th, 2022, the CCJ handed down a ruling on a matter of "jurisdiction" related some electoral petitions in Dominica. Even though the ruling was not favorable to the petitioners, the CCJ included a scorching indictment of the electoral process in Dominica. This report is a "must read" for the citizens of Dominica.
